May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Did you know that your mental health plays a significant role in your overall health and wellness? It is important to have positive mental health because it can affect your development and well-being! 

Throughout the Month of May, we have had Mrs. Elliot on TEAMS. We have been learning about our brain health, specifically about a growth mindset! In honor of Mental Health awareness month, we are going to learn how to draw a healthy brain using the video below!

You Will Need:

  • Paper
  • Pencil
  • Colors
  • Markers

 

Use the video to draw your picture! Pause and play the picture where needed.

 

Challenge:

When you have completed the brain picture, draw examples around the brain that help you have a strong brain!
